Pastor Charles Campbell is the Founder and CEO of Koinonia Evangelistic Center (KEC) a non-profit corporation. He is the founder and Senior Pastor of Restored Life Fellowship Church and The Joseph Project Citywide Food Bank in Moreno Valley, California and  serves as both a Palliative and Hospice Chaplain. Pastor Charles attended Berean Bible College, Oral Roberts University and King's Seminary. Pastor Charles has served in ministry for over 40 years and is a gifted speaker, teacher and coach. He has a deep love for God and His people and has worked diligently to share with others the tools needed to fulfill their purpose and destiny in God. In his over 40 years of ministry he has helped many people overcome pain and brokenness and find healing and wholeness in their lives so they may walk in the Fulness of who God created them to be. 

Pastor Charles accepted his call to ministry in 1983 at St. Stephen’s Church of God In Christ under the leadership of Bishop George D. McKinney. He was licensed as a minister in 1985 and ordained as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ in 1989. Prior to becoming a Pastor, Pastor Charles used his gifts in many areas of ministry, beginning as a talented musician, to choir director, to minister of music for the State Youth Department. He has also served on the St. Stephen’s COGIC Elders Council, Board of Trustees and as Youth Pastor. Pastor Campbell has made several trips to the mission field in the United States and abroad to such countries as Mexico, Jamaica, Ghana and Egypt.

 Pastor Charles attended Imani Temple Church of God In Christ for three years under the leadership of Pastor James Mason until God released him to establish the ministries he now Pastors.

Pastor Charles has been married to Pastor Marsie his High School sweetheart since 1981. They have one son Marcus who along with his wife Mariah serve in various areas of ministry in Orange County, CA.   Pastor Charles also enjoys his role of “papa” to his granddaughter Charlotte.

 Pastor Marsie currently serves as the Pastor of Administration for Koinonia Evangelistic Center and is responsible for the overall operations (COO) of KEC with her husband, Pastor Charles. Pastor Marsie is a powerful prayer warrior and intercessor and steps in and serves weekly at Restored Life Fellowship in any area that needs assistance. Pastor Marsie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University in San Diego, California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. Pastor Marsie works as an LMFT in private practice providing individual, marital and family therapy. Pastor Marsie uses her God-given gifts along with her education and training in psychology to help individuals, marriages and families attain the personal growth and healing needed to fulfill their purpose in God.

Pastor Marsie began serving in ministry as a teen. She served in areas of ministry such as usher board, youth choir, Sunday school and vacation Bible school teacher while in High School. Pastor Marsie served as President of the Methodist Youth Fellowship for several years.

While attending college, Pastor Marsie was actively  involved in ministry at St. Stephens Church of God In Christ in San Diego, CA. Pastor Marsie has ministered with her husband in various places in the United States as well as Mexico, Jamaica and Ghana. 

Pastor Marsie has been married to her husband Pastor Charles since 1981. They have one son Marcus who along with his wife Mariah serve in various areas of ministry. Pastor Marsie is also enjoying her new role of “nana” to her granddaughter Charlotte.
